Free Surveys & Quotations

All property surveys, site inspections, and initial quotations are provided free of charge and with no obligation.

Quotations are based on the information and visual evidence available at the time of inspection. If previously concealed structural defects, underlying timber rot, or unforeseen ground conditions are discovered during project execution, additional costs may apply. Any extra work will always be fully discussed and agreed in writing with the customer prior to proceeding.

Workmanship & Materials

We take care to carry out all roofing and guttering work to a high standard using quality materials from established suppliers. Any workmanship queries are dealt with promptly and in good faith upon successful project completion and full settlement.

Manufacturer warranties for materials (such as roofing membranes, tiles, or guttering) remain subject to the respective manufacturer's standard terms, where applicable.

Payments & Terms

Payment schedules will be clearly stated in your written quotation. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise:

• A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work commences.
• Stage payments may be requested on larger structural or multi-week projects.
• The remaining balance is due immediately upon satisfactory completion of the agreed works.

Unreasonable delays or failure to settle invoices may incur late payment charges or interest under statutory UK regulations.

Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our high standards of work safely, customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the site
• Inform us of any known property issues or hazards
• Obtain any necessary planning or local consents
• Clear fragile or valuable items from the immediate work area

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or reschedule booked work, please notify us as early as possible. Deposits or prepayments may be retained if custom materials have already been purchased or non-refundable costs incurred on your behalf.

Images & Photography

We may take photographs or video footage of completed roofing and guttering projects for quality control, portfolio showcases, and marketing purposes. We never display personal customer details, house numbers, or sensitive property features. If you prefer not to have project photos featured, simply notify us before work commences.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

All copy, images, branding, and design assets on this website remain the sole property of Prime Roofing & Guttering and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability
